Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to services and support supplied by CMTStudios. If a payment concerns a product or service on a separate website, the originating website’s product and refund terms also apply.

2. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The period starts on the day the agreement is made.

If you expressly ask us to begin before the period ends and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. For partial performance, a reasonable proportional amount may be charged for the delivered part.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Requests should normally be made at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

For very short notice, reserved time may be charged unless mandatory rights or special circumstances support another solution.

4. Unused packages

If a package has not yet begun, you can request a refund during the withdrawal period. If the period has expired but the package remains unused, contact us so we can find a reasonable solution.

We recommend scheduling an agreed package within 90 days so the content still fits your needs.

5. How to request a refund

Write to contact@cmtstudios.dk with your order or payment reference and a short explanation. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days and made through the same payment method where possible.

6. Technical issues

If technical issues on our side prevent delivery, we will normally offer rescheduling or a refund depending on the situation. Issues on the customer or third-party side are assessed individually.

7. Business customers

For business customers, the specific written agreement applies. Consumer withdrawal rules apply only where required by law.
