Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and receive a full refund. This is the right of withdrawal. The 14-day period starts from the day the contract was entered into.

2. When the right of withdrawal expires

For support sessions, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has begun or has been fully performed. If you expressly request us to start the session before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and we confirm this, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started.

If the session has been scheduled and you cancel less than 24 hours before the agreed time, we may keep the payment to cover reserved time. If we have already begun work on the session, no refund will be issued.

3. Unused sessions

If you have paid for a session but it has not yet started or been scheduled, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed and the session has not been used, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at contact@cmtstudios.dk with your order reference, payment confirmation and reason for the request. We will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method when possible. Refunds for payments handled by Mollie or Stripe will be made through the same provider.

5. MobilePay and delayed capture

If you pay with MobilePay or another method that supports delayed capture, we may place an authorization on your account and capture the funds after the session has been completed. This follows the local regulations in Denmark, Finland and Norway that require capture only after the product or service has been provided. If the session is cancelled before it starts, the authorization is released.

6. Technical issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent the session from taking place, please let us know as soon as possible. We will reschedule or refund according to the situation.
