1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of services from CMTStudios ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a support session or using our website, you accept these terms. Our services include software development, webdesign, SEO and AI software development consulting.

3. Services

Support sessions are advisory and hands-on help for software, web, SEO and AI related questions. Sessions are delivered remotely via screen sharing, video call, chat or email unless otherwise agreed. The session length starts from the agreed time. Preparation and follow-up time may be included in the purchased time, depending on the package.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is handled through Stripe and/or Mollie. You must pay in full before the session is scheduled. We do not store your payment card information.

When you click a "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order and agree to pay the amount shown. Before paying, review the package, duration and total price on the checkout page. The order is completed when the payment provider confirms the payment.

5. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods made available by Stripe and Mollie, which may include cards, MobilePay and other local methods. Available methods depend on your location, currency and the settings in your payment provider. Payment providers handle your payment details directly and have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Scheduling

After successful payment we will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays to agree on a time. If you do not schedule the session within 90 days of purchase, the session may expire without refund unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, if you expressly request us to begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and we confirm this, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has started. If the session has already been performed or started, no refund will be issued.

8. Complaints and warranty

If the support session does not meet the agreed description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to solve the issue by correcting or re-delivering the service. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the session. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

9. Intellectual property

Code, designs and materials produced during a paid session are transferred to the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Payment information is processed by Stripe and Mollie.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
